New Orleans was a capital city of Luisiana and the most magical place in the universe. New Orleans was a city of voodoo magic, and the magic dwelled in this town so deeply, that an underground network of roads was built only from the magical aura of voodoo living on the surface. The roads were created by a sheer power of spells, and they in turn gave rise to appearance of swamps on all the borders of New Orleans. The whole territory became inhabited by most incredible creatures, especially zombies, necronomicons, golems, and ghouls, who together caused the crystallization of a magnificent culture inside the whole area. New Orleans had a calendar which lived its own life, announcing celebrations of a new type or holidays or special events as it wanted, and always all of a sudden. The citizens of New Orleans were forced to practise magic, and every resident was deeply immersed into the lively culture of the city. The magic of New Orleans was the most powerful magic of the universe, and it enslaved the inhabitants of that terrain, creating for them labirynths of riddles and pushing them into self-development. Everybody aged quickly in New Orleans, learning about the world and its mysteries from a series of events constructed for them individually by the city's grand magic. Individualism was the main motto of the culture of New Orleans, and every citizen lived an own life there, which was rich in events and happenings, and led everyone into grand progress and discoveries.
