The palace of Boadicea was one of two most magnificent towers in the whole kingdom of Forrenden. The other tower was the palace of Galadriel, and they both stood on one plaza, facing each other. The two palaces were beautiful, one made of ivory and one made of ebony. The ebony palace belonged to Galadriel, the Queen of Sun, while Boadicea was the owner of the ivory tower. She lived there most peacefully, as the magic of the palaces offered peace and silence to its inhabitants most of all. There could not be a single quarrel in the interiors, because magic disallowed that, extinguishing all arguments that could take place. The palaces of Boadicea and Galadriel grew out from stones that gathered on that plaza in the first year of the universe, and the growth happened because of their love for each other. The palace of Boadicea was a monument and a sanctuary to Galadriel and her goodness, and similarly the tower of Galadriel celebrated within its structure the kindness of Boadicea.
